Owner's Comments
We fell in love with Kuhio Shores over a decade ago, and owning unit 310 has been a dream come true. Kauai holds a special place in our hearts . It's where we relax, recharge, and reconnect with the beauty around us. We're passionate about sharing this experience and making sure every guest has the vacation of a lifetime.
The unit was professionally remodeled with interior design work throughout, and we continue to invest in keeping everything fresh and well-maintained. From the fully updated kitchen to the comfortable beds and walk-in showers in both bathrooms, no detail has been overlooked.
The location is mesmerizing, we love watching the turtles bobbing in the shallows out front in the mornings. Local surfers catch waves a few hundred yards out, and Lawai Beach right next door provides incredible snorkeling. Koloa Landing and Poipu Beach are just a few minutes away for dining, shopping, and one of the nation's best beaches.
We look forward to hosting you at Kuhio Shores 310 for an unforgettable vacation!
Aloha,
Rick & Rosemary

My husband and I traveled with our 17 year old twins to Kauai during the Thanksgiving holiday. The location is perfect for exploring both on foot and by car. The condo is newly remodeled and beautiful. It is spacious and the view from the kitchen and family room are breathtaking. The balcony is so relaxing in the morning and at sunset. And right next door is a great restaurant and some of the best snorkeling we experienced. We will be back for sure. Mahalo.

We just got back from a two week trip to Hawaii for our 30th anniversary. We visited Oahu, then Maui and finished with six nights on Kaua'i at Kuhio Shores 310. We certainly saved the best for last!
Firstly, 310 is owner managed and the entire transaction was very personal and relaxed. The owners care a lot about their visitors and that was apparent every step of the way. They provided lots of great information about things to do, places to see, places to eat and even recommended daily itineraries. It was all very personal - more like staying at a friend's place.
310 is on the ocean-facing side of Kuhio Shores on the third floor with a private lanai. It is perfectly placed so you can view both the sunrise and sunset with a direct - and beautiful - view of the ocean. We saw sea turtles swimming in the water right in front of us every morning and evening. The sunset views were spectacular, each one better than the previous (if that is even possible!).
Unit 310 has been completely redecorated this year and is absolutely beautiful. There are two large bedrooms but we only used the larger master bedroom. The master has a very comfortable king-sized bed and a private shower and bathroom. There is a second large bathroom with walk-in shower next to the second room. The kitchen has all new appliances and is well outfitted if you are inclined to cook in. The kitchen and living area is all open and overlook the ocean with large floor to ceiling windows. The views are simply spectacular.
The beaches around Kuhio Shores are equally spectacular. Up the road (west) one mile is the Spouting Horn (blow hole) and in the other direction are Kiahuna Beach, Poipu Beach, Brennecke's Beach and Shipwreck's Beach - each unique experiences. We especially liked Poipu Beach - there is a "sandbar" that you can walk/swim to with lots of spectacular reef fish along the way. This is a very popular snorkeling spot because it is so accessible and beautiful. A Monk Seal sunned itself on the sandbar in the morning and then swam up to the beach to sun itself in the afternoon. As if this wasn't enough, a group of sea turtles come ashore every evening at the eastern end of the beach (right across from Brenneke's Beach Broiler restaurant) right before sunset.
Kuhio Shores, and especially unit 310, was the highlight of our visit to Hawaii.

Kuhio Shores 310 was amazing!! Thank you, Travis and Jen, for making this visit a true paradise! The place was immaculate- you can hear the ocean from every part of the condo. You can see sea turtles swimming the in the early morning while sipping on coffee or having breakfast on the lanai! The entire place was amazing we can’t even express in words you just had to be there! Living room, bedrooms, kitchen and dining area was perfect it had all the needs of home and then some! We had swim gear, boogey boards, towels, cooler back packs for hiking, beach chairs for traveling to the amazing beaches! Or just strolling down to the beach just below! The location was perfect because further around the corner is The Beach- a restaurant where weddings and events do a occur but not once did, we ever hear loud music or any party goers -other than the waves and the sounds of Kauai! We can go on and on about this condo and the owners because it was a great experience! We had no issues to report to the owner and they checked up on us several occasions- before our trip, during and after- wonderful hosts and great customer service! We will definitely be referring our friends and family along with ourselves back to this unit! Much Aloha and Mahalo Travis and Jen!!

We had a marvelous time at Kuhio Shores 310 for my husband’s 60th birthday. The updates to the condo are stunning, as are the endless sunrise/sunset views. The kitchen is fully stocked with every convenience, the mattresses and pillows were so comfortable and the towels soft and plush. Coffee on the lanai in the early, early mornings was so relaxing and watching the falling stars at night was mesmerizing. The location is perfect, so close to restaurants, shops, ice cream. Don’t miss sunset at Beach House right next door. We can’t wait to return. The owners were great......Thanks for the great week, Travis and Jen.

I recently stayed at Kuhio Shores Unit 310. I was in awe of this beautiful condo. The unit has been recently redecorated with all the comforts of home. Master bedroom includes shower and King sized bed (very comfortable). Queen sized bed in the 2nd room with bathroom just outside the door. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances/necessities for you to be able to make breakfast lunch and dinners. Windows along the front allow for amazing views of the Pacific. From the Lanai views of the morning sunrise, evening sunsets and watching the local surfers. There is AC within the unit however having the windows/doors open listening to the waves crash is very relaxing. There are coin washer and dryers on every floor. The complex is walking distance to The Shops @ Kukui‘ula Center, Spouting Horn and the Beach House. The entire complex is very well kept with someone onsite constantly making sure the common areas are clean. I highly recommend this unit if you want a comfortable stay while in Kauai.
