Rates:

• $215 per night, less than a week
• $1,375 per week (additional nights, $195)
• $120 outcleaning charge
• $250 refundable deposit

• winter holiday rate (Dec 24 to Jan 1) $250/night; weekly rate will be based on check-in/out dates
• rent and tax payments due 60-90 days prior to arrival
• we accept reservations for two-three nights *only* if they fall between existing reservations, "back-to-back"

Owners' Message

Only a small patch of lawn separates you from the ocean, so take the elevator down from this fourth floor condo --our Moon Glow suite-- and you are oceanside. The glass-walled living room and the lanai of this large condo look straight out at the ocean. As you relax --inside or out on the lanai-- watch sea turtles, dolphins, and whales swim by (don't be surprised if you look up and see a cruise ship passing in distant waters)...

Inside our Moon Glow Suite, enjoy the amenities you are accustomed to at home. And since we live here several months each year, comfort is of the utmost importance. Entertainment is within minutes of our centrally located condo. Two golf courses are less than five minutes away - Kiahuna and the championship Poipu Bay Resort course - site of the 1994 and 1996 Million Dollar Grand Slam of Golf, and the 1998 through 2006 PGA Grand Slam . There is excellent snorkeling and scuba diving right outside your door; sign-up for open ocean dives, sport fishing, sailing, and ocean tours at locations nearby.

A variety of restaurants and shops are just a few minutes away in Poipu Shopping Village and Old Koloa Town (circa. 1830). And some of the best food on-island is served right next door at the Beach House Restaurant - THE place for fine dining, and a magnificent Poipu sunset.
