Why rent this unit? This Penthouse is amazing. lt is on the top floor with the highest panoramic ocean views. You will enjoy everything about your luxury condo. Remodeling will be completed in 2012/2013 with new modern, comfortable furniture. Trade winds on this side of the complex keep your entire penthouse comfortable from the living room area to the master bedroom. A custom opening in the master bedroom wall allows the gentle breezes to flow through cooling the bedroom. Your master bedroom creates an atmosphere of togetherness and closeness. You have a new king-size comfortable bed, wood-carved Hawaiian headboard, large 55" wall-mounted TV, spacious closet to accommodate all your clothes, ceiling fan, and modern Plantation Shutters. In your bathroom with beautiful tile work, the walk-in shower provides easy access. Your kitchen has a 30" range allowing plenty of cooking space or just heating up one item. The 25" full-size refrigerator allows you to shop at Costco, for example, and to store and remove items easily with no bending. All the furniture in the living area is orientated toward the ocean so you can use the couch or sit on chairs and actually have a great view of the ocean.
