Owner's Message

When we first walked into what was to become our home in Kauai, the view of the coastline and lush, green Prince Kuhio Park literally took our breathe away!

From the lanai we watched turtles feed on the rocks below, and since it was winter, we saw blow holes out in the distance. The location was amazing, right on our favorite snorkeling spot (rated best snorkeling beach in Kauai by "Sunset" magazine). Across the street is Prince Kuhio Park, a Hawaiian holy site, which will always be protected from development. Even before escrow closed, we began an extensive remodel including laying exquisite bamboo flooring, new tile, granite and maple vanity with new fixtures, and replacing all the furnishings, bedding, linens and kitchenware. Our guests comment about the awesomeness of being right on the water, and they often comment that the condo is so comfortable and so relaxing that they have to "force themselves" to leave in order to explore this majestic island.

With each visit, we continue to add fine details. In 2006, we created an elegant Italian Nocchino marble shower with stone accents, and in the kitchen we installed Brazilian, Verde Peacock gold granite and new stainless steel appliances. You will find resort quality throughout. To complete this perfect Jewel, we bought a very high end pillowtop king size bed with "memory foam," which is the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. Through Hawaiian and Asian artwork, comfortable, luxurious furnishings and the best oceanfront view in Kauai, you can feel the "Aloha" spirit of Hawaii in our home.
