Owner's Comments

In late 2009, we completed a remodel of the kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom, taking full advantage of this unique location in the building - the corner with unobstructed views of the ocean and sunsets on two sides. The totally redesigned kitchen features new cabinets, appliances, and granite counters. The bath was improved with a new marble shower, marble vanity, finished with a modern glass basin. The new master bedroom wall was opened to the ocean view. The total effect is dramatic.
